Sorbent F-3 and modified sorbent KDHF-3 are developed specially for high-voltage equipments, with excellent quality equal and even superior to that of the same Japanese products. Now they are widely used in domestic high-voltage electrical appliances and exported equipments with a high reputation among our customers.
SF6 has good chemical stability and insulating performance. It was widely used as insulating medium in various electrical appliances in 80s. But during the manufacture process of SF6, there is little toxin low fluoride, such as SO2F2,SOF2 and S2F10O, which is virulent, corrosive and harmful to both the equipments and the handling workers. Sorbent F-3 can adsorb the little low fluoride, acidic matters and moisture in SF6. It has been approved that our products is better than the same Japanese product on dust removing speed and deepness etc.
In recent years, according to the requirement of customers, we continuously improved our products and packaging, and have developed sorbent KDHF-03 on the base of F-3, with the adsorption increased by 10%, wearing resistant intensity increased from 95% to over 99.9% and the powder falling avoided. Meanwhile, the pressure resistant intensity was increased from 50 N/t to 100 N/t and the quality was improved greatly too. Because of the special plastic & fabric double vacuum packaging bag, the moisture in the package is less than 1.5%, so that the user can take the product out from the package directly without activating it in an electric furnace before using, which can reduce the user's using cost by saving 2,000 KW for each ton of products. Proved by the application in Xi'an High Voltage Switch Factory and Beijing ABB High Voltage Facilities, a Swedish solo proprietorship enterprise, our products are very popular among our customers because of the excellent quality and simple operation.
